Sydney Drouillard
Interior Designer
Sydney received her Bachelor of Applied Arts with Honors from Central Michigan University’s Interior Design Program in May of 2015. Over the years since graduation, Sydney has worked on an array of hospitality, multi-family, commercial office, and residential projects of all scales.
Sydney was the Interior Designer of the HGI hotel, restaurant, and cafe in Flint, MI, which was named a finalist in the Select Service Hotel Public Space category for the 17th Annual Hospitality Design Awards. In this project, Sydney was able implement brand standards, while also creating a custom design to highlight the historic Art Deco style of the building’s interior. Sydney works alongside fellow architects and engineering consultants to achieve the overall design in each of her projects.
Sydney received her National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification in October 2020, indicating her proficiency in interior design principles and dedication to the profession. She is committed to continue improving interior environments and appreciates having the ability to practice her passion by contributing to the revitalization of Detroit and beyond.
