Associate, Office Manager
Patti returned to Michigan after living in Los Angeles for 20 years. Although her Bachelor’s Degree from Central Michigan University is in Interior Design, Patti learned the importance of Customer Service while working in Los Angeles. Her experience includes supervisory roles in Customer Service Departments ranging from residential interior design to auto and health insurance.
As Office Manager, Patti oversees the various administrative duties of Kraemer Design Group and Intramode including company finances, general office contracts and expenses, product implementation and client management. She works directly with manufacturers, installers and construction managers/contractors. With her organizational skills and attention to detail, Patti keeps the office running smoothly.
