Chantelle Marshall, NCIDQ
Senior Interior Designer
While new to Kraemer Design Group (circa Summer 2018), Chantelle is not new to the industry. She exhibited talents for architecture and design at an early age and knew precisely where her career path would lead. After graduating with a B.S. in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University (LTU) in 1992, she was excited to dive into historic preservation for a better Detroit. Given the political climate at the time, Chantelle refocused her efforts on the spaces where we spend most of our time – interiors – and headed back to LTU for her B. S. in Interior Architecture, graduating in 1997. Along her career path she became immersed in the worlds of Restaurant and Retail Design, became certified as an Interior Designer with the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ), taught as adjunct professor at LTU, and served on the board of the Michigan Chapter of IIDA for nine years – two of which she was President.
Chantelle has a wealth of experience to share. Regardless of size, budget, or schedule, she remains detailed oriented, adaptive, and driven to give the best solution to any project. She believes that good design should take into account internal and external factors, with special attention to the health, safety and welfare of our diverse clients. Her goal has always been to make a positive impact on the end user, where every experience – down to the smallest detail – makes a lasting impression. Her philosophy is that life is learning, and she looks forward to continuing learning and growing with the talented team at Kraemer Design Group.
