The Auburn

As the Architect, Interior Designer and Procurement Agent for The Auburn, Kraemer Design Group led the construction of the mixed-use, Midtown Detroit project. The scope included the demolition of an existing vacant structure and the redevelopment of the site into 58 market-rental apartment units, on-site parking and 9,000 square-feet of first-floor retail. In addition to being along the M-1 Rail corridor, the site is directly located on the planned Midtown Loop—the new greenway and bike path which will link the district to the Dequindre Cut, Eastern Market and the Riverwalk.
