As the Architect, Interior Designer and Historic Consultant for LevelEleven, Kraemer Design Group developed a dynamic work environment for the sales technology company within a historic Detroit building. With a sophisticated palette and eclectic design that captured the aesthetics of an urban loft and modern open office, our color scheme played off light and dark wood tones, brass hardware, darker neutrals, and rich accents. Bright whites were used to highlight millwork and various structural elements throughout the space, while modern and traditional elements were combined in both fixtures and details to further bring home the eclectic feel. LevelEleven is divided into two office areas, with a central area of shared space that includes a lounge, conference room and touchdown area.
