As the Architect, Interior Designer and Historic Consultant on 1520 Woodward—formerly known as the Lane Bryant Building—Kraemer Design Group turned a vacant former department store into modern office and retail space. With a storied past dating back to its 1909 construction, the property has once again achieved relevance within downtown Detroit’s active Woodward Corridor.
