As the Architect, Interior Designer and Procurement Agent for Google, Inc’s Ann Arbor office, Kraemer Design Group oversaw first- and second-floor tenant improvement build-outs to increase the company’s general office space. Google’s Ann Arbor office design emulates the concept of place in the college town by creating districts throughout the space—enabling a distinct experience for each employee. Incorporating the Google brand and color palette throughout, we added decorative lighting fixtures, energy-efficient retro-fit lighting and water-efficient plumbing to assist in achieving a LEED-CI Silver status.
