Aloft South Bend

As the Architect, Interior Designer and Procurement Agent for Aloft South Bend, Kraemer Design Group oversaw the adaptive reuse of downtown South Bend’s iconic, 25-story Chase Tower into an 86-apartment-unit, 183-guestroom Aloft Hotel. Working with original concrete construction, our team designed a complete decor package—including contemporary guestrooms with large windows overlooking the St. Joseph river—utilizing the brand standards of Aloft parent company, Starwood Hotels.
