1528 Woodward

As the Architect, Interior Designer and Historic Consultant on 1528 Woodward, Kraemer Design Group led the effort to transform the historic 1916 building, and get it officially added to downtown Detroit’s Grand Circus Park Historic District. Our project scope included a new first-floor retail tenant, office tenants on the upper floors and shared lounge and conference space on the second floor—the decor of which has been restored and updated in a style complimenting elements introduced during a 1960 renovation.
