The Detroit Free Press Building opened in 1925 and housed one of the most iconic newspapers in the country for more than seven decades. This year, Kraemer Design Group completed the renovation, restoration and adaptive reuse of the historic structure. Now known as The Press/321, this mixed-use property developed by Bedrock features 105 high-end residential units, a gym, a rooftop pool, retail space, office spaces and the Midwest’s first autonomous parking garage.
