The Griswold

As the Architect and Interior Designer on The Griswold, Kraemer Design Group designed a collection of 80 distinctive residences overlooking downtown Detroit and offering world-class amenities, covered on-site parking, floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace balconies. Utilizing air rights and Brownfield Tax Credits, The Griswold is the first new-construction condominium development within the city’s Central Business District. It uniquely sits above a precast parking garage which was built to serve current and future developments in the area.
