As the Architect, Interior Designer, Historic Consultant and Procurement Agent on The Durant, Kraemer Design Group transformed downtown Flint’s historic 1920 Hotel Durant into 93 high-end apartment units. One of Flint’s most historically important and architecturally significant buildings, The Durant is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
