Watermark Sales Center

As the Architect, Interior Designer and Procurement Agent for the Watermark Sales Center, Kraemer Design Group coordinated the construction of the condominium sales office within a prefabricated building on rentable land adjacent to the condo’s development site. As part of the scope, we also created the materials center in support of unit sales—which acts as a library showing the myriad of interior design options available to prospective buyers. The entire construction of the Watermark Sales Center—which included locating the temporary structure on site, completing the buildout, and the finishing and furnishing—was completed by KDG in less than 30 days.
