The Albert

As the Architect, Interior Designer, Historic Consultant and Procurement Agent for The Albert, Kraemer Design Group completely renovated the historic 12-story building into 127 high-end apartment units. Located in Detroit’s Capitol Park Historic District and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, the building features several unique characteristics inside and out that our team was able to preserve. Upon its completion, The Albert both raised and set the bar for luxury living in downtown Detroit.
