The adaptive reuse of the three-story historic Parker-Webb Building includes exhibition and storage space for a private art collection, loft-style commercial office space, and ground floor retail space. The building contains approximately 23,000-square-feet of rental space with an additional 7,300-square-feet in the basement.

This project included the preservation of existing historic building elements in accordance with the U.S. Department of the Interior Standards and has completed an application for historic tax credits. The owner is currently in the process of submitting for a listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
