Located at the corner of Grand River and Woodward Avenues, the historic Elliott Building is to be home to 15 elegant loft condominiums.

The building underwent facade improvements as a part of the “Lower Woodward Facade Improvement Program” in 2005. The building received a new ground floor facade consisting of decorative limestone columns and large storefront windows. Decorative lighting and cast stone details were installed to enhance the building’s art deco elements while providing the building with unique flair.

The building is scheduled to have a modern residential lobby and underground parking for each of the tenants with ground floor retail. A roof top terrace will give residents a sweeping view of the city skyline and even a view of the Detroit River.

Each of the Elliott Building’s contemporary lofts will have open floor plans with modern details with industrial flair. Kitchens come with black high-gloss finished cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Most of the existing wood floor and wood trim details will be refinished throughout the units, while modern bathrooms are finished in glass and marble tile. Each of the three penthouse units contain circular stairs that lead to a loft level with additional bedrooms, and family rooms with exposed construction and modern skylights.
