The Courtyard Marriott project is the property improvement of a three-story, 90 guestroom hotel located in Utica, MI. The upgrades for the hotel consisted of a comprehensive interior renovation to all 90 guestrooms and public areas, including new furniture, fixtures and equipment for all spaces. The renovations were a part of Marriott’s Bistro standard upgrades including new registration/check-in pods, an intimate lounge area with private TV booths, a more efficient business center and airline check-in station, the integration of an inviting community table, and the successful incorporation of a quick access food “bar”. The ‘Twilight’ scheme was the standard décor scheme used for the public area renovations.
