28Grand

Kraemer Design Group was the Architect, Interior Designer & Procurement Agency for 28Grand—the first ground-up residential project in Detroit’s Central Business District in over three decades and the first of its kind in the city. The project includes a mixture of 218 fully furnished micro-loft apartment units, ground-floor commercial and a large amount of community space. The building was designed with a façade that reflects the qualities of neighboring historic buildings in Capitol Park.
