Kraemer Design Group is an approved architect to provide design services for the Lower Woodward Façade Improvement Program.  Working closely with Madison-Madison International, the program manager, as well as with members of the City of Detroit Downtown Development Authority, KDG consulted with several building owners to renovate their facades.  As part of the process, KDG was required to present design concepts and material samples to a Design Review Board.
